Free Priority Mail shipping in the United States

Shipping: All orders placed before Noon Pacific Time M-F will usually ship the same business day via U.S. mail as specified in the order's shipping preferences.

Customer Service: Generally you will receive a reply to any e-mail within 1-2 business days after the e-mail is sent.

For any international orders where actual shipping exceeds posted shipping customers will be contacted to resolve the discrepancy.

Returns:

All Items can be returned if they are still factory sealed in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for shipping of all returned items. Shipping and handling is not refundable on any return.

We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

We also accept payment by check, money order, bank wire, cash, and billpoint.com. To arrange payment by one of these methods please e-mail us at sales@Rocketbaby.com and we can set this up within 1 business day.

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been processed. Orders are not cancelled until the cancellation has been confirmed by e-mail and a confirmation code has been issued.
